Before you ask
What do I need to start?
A company name, your branches and the staff who will book parcels. We set up the rest with you after you request a workspace.
Can I use my own SMS provider?
Texts go out through our SMS provider. You can ask for your own sender name, which the provider has to approve. For your own provider account, ask us.
What is a text credit?
One credit pays for one text to one phone number. Ask us how many credits come with each plan.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point a CNAME record to us and your tracking page and sign-in run on your domain with a certificate we manage.
How do receipts print?
Receipts are formatted for 58 mm thermal paper and print from the counter over Bluetooth or USB.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Reports export to PDF and CSV at any time. For a full copy of your records or deletion, ask us.
